The Website is operated by Silvafleur, which specialises in providing high-quality, lifelike artificial flowers, artificial bouquets, and customised vase services to pet households, businesses, and individuals in the United Kingdom. Silvafleur is dedicated to offering the following to customers within the United Kingdom:
Artificial Flowers and Bouquets: Products designed with a lifelike feel, ideal for pet households to avoid the risks associated with real flowers.
Customised Vase Services: This includes bespoke vases tailored for memorialising a lost pet or celebrating a current pet, thereby enhancing the bond between pet and owner. Additionally, our services are designed to help businesses create premium environments and assist busy professionals in enjoying floral aesthetics without the commitment of live plant care.


2. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

2.1 Order Process

Placing an Order and Payment:Customers must place orders via the Website and complete payment using PayPal or Shopify Payment.
Order Processing:For in-stock products, orders will be processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment.For handcrafted custom vase orders, once payment is received, the order will undergo a production process with a lead time of up to 15 business days. Shipping will commence upon completion of this period.
Delivery:In-stock products: After shipment, orders are expected to be delivered within one business day to the address provided.Handcrafted custom vase orders: These orders are expected to be delivered approximately 23 business days from the date the order is placed.
Order Changes and Cancellations:Due to the rapid processing of in-stock products and the extended production schedule for handcrafted custom items, modifications or cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. Please ensure that your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

2.2 Shipping and Production Policy

Production Lead Time:In-stock products: Require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.Handcrafted custom vase orders: Require a total lead time of up to 23 business days, which includes both production and shipping.Shipping Costs:Any applicable shipping charges and related fees will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

7. Returns and After-Sales Service

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions. Please note that customised or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions:Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if the request is made after 30 days from the delivery date. Items that are used, damaged, missing tags, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted. Clearance items (prices ending in “.95”) and customised or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Fees:Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be rejected.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed.
